Customer Services
 
All Axiell customers have access to the HelpDesk based in Nottingham and are allocated a secure customer logon/password for their Customer Portal, a web-based system for communicating important news, and providing:

  • A Noticeboard for news, reminders, questions and ideas
  • FAQs
  • Online documentation
  • Software downloads
  • Discussion groups
  • Access to the Call Management System for tracking progress on calls
  • Calls can be logged by customers using the Customer Portal
  • The Helpdesk is available to receive and log calls via email, fax and phone.
    Hours of service are Mon – Fri, 8am – 8pm, Saturday 8am – 6pm (excluding public holidays)
     

Further support services are offered via a team of staff with specialist application skills and extensive knowledge. Where necessary, the team can call upon server or database engineers and locally based field engineers. These teams are additionally supported by our application developers.
