The Axiell office (and Servicedesk) will be closed from Friday 22nd December 17:30 until Tuesday 2nd January.
The normal out-of-hours service will be operational so that issues can either be logged via our self-service portal or, in the event of a priority 1 failure, via our out-of-hours phone service who will route your details to an on call engineer.
IN ADDITION we have made an arrangement with our partner Bibliotheca as follows. For none priority 1 hardware issues e.g. self-service kiosk, faults can be reported by completing the attached form and emailing it to firstname.lastname@example.org
The office, including Servicedesk will re-open at 08:30 on Tuesday 2nd January 2018.
